Refund Policy

We cannot predict any issues that may arise while on any of our Boat Rentals In Miami or Yacht Rentals In Miami Florida. We can assure you that all our vessels are well maintained. In some cases that are out of our control such as weather elements we may issue a credit towards a future rental which will be valid up to one year. However, we do not offer refunds or returns, no exception's, All Sales Are Final. A 5% credit card fee is charged to every booking. Any Date changes / Reservation Date changed made by the client will be subject to Captain Hook Boat Rentals Approval, Upon Approval there will be a 500$ change fee applied to any reservation which changes the date of a particular booking which had already been placed and confirmed by Captain Hook Boat Rentals, No Exceptions. 

In the rare occasion that your reserved boat becomes unavailable, we will gladly accommodate a similar model or upgrade to next available boat at no additional price.

 Captain Hook Boat Rentals Of Miami Florida reserves all rights to refuse service to any person, party or individual for any and all reason's at any given time. 

By paying a deposit to Captain Hook Boat Rentals In Miami Florida you agree you have personally read and understood our refund policy and automatically agree to the terms of our policy listed on this page, no exceptions. 

For International Client's:

In the event a trip cancelation occurs due to Covid - 19, we will gladly refund up to 20% of your paid deposit upon receiving proof of trip cancelation (of entire party) documents from our clients. documents may be sent to: captainhookrentals@gmail.com

documents can be : (cancelled flight tickets, cancelled hotel stays, etc.)
